Save As doesn't copy details Fly-out configuration in modern UI views

Issue/Introduction

User makes a change to the Details fly out page and then clicks Save As to save the view, if they open the Details page again, it it not saved and reverts back to OOTB view

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a View in the Status Report grid view.
2. Configure the grid view.
3. Open the Details fly-out and click Configure.
4. Add and move fields in the Details fly-out.
5. Click Exit in the Details fly-out.
6. Save the View, make it a Default view.
7. Close the Details fly-out.
8. Save As the view to a new name.
9. Select a row and open the Details fly-out.

Expected Results:

• See the Details fly-out configuration from the view you copied.

Actual Results:

• See the OOTB default Details fly-out configuration.
