How to get 'Authentication' List in SSA\SOI Reports login screen (InfoView)

Issue/Introduction

Description:

After integrating SSA\SOI BOXI reports with LDAP integration, the login screen doesn't show 'Authentication' List (Enterprise, LDAP etc), how to enable this list?

Solution:

1. From the Windows Start Menu launch the Central Configuration Manager (CCM)

2. Stop below services shown in the picture

3. Navigate to "\CA\SC\CommonReporting3\Tomcat55\webapps\InfoViewApp\WEB-INF" and edit "web.xml" and change the below parameter

4. Navigate to "\CA\SC\CommonReporting3\Tomcat55\webapps\OpenDocument\WEB-INF" and edit "web.xml" and change the below parameter

5. Restart both 'Apache Tomcat' and 'Server Intelligence Agent' services
   
   
6. Now, the InfoView have 'Authentication' List as expected
