The Project Notification is not received by PM

Issue/Introduction

I have enabled the Project notifications. When adding a user to the Project Team, the notification is not received by the Project Manager.

Environment

Release : 15.8.1

Component : CA PPM SAAS PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Resolution

The out of the box design is that a Project Notification, for adding or removing Resources from a Project Team, will only send a notification to the Team member being added or removed. The Project Manager will not receive the notification of Team Member changes.
