Applying new UIM probe license doesn't overwrite the old license.

Issue/Introduction

When applying a new UIM probe license, you can see the following response, but the old, expired license remains.

Environment

Release : 8.51

Component : UIM - DISTSRV

Cause

Something doesn't match between the old and new (case could be the cause).

Resolution

To cleanly add the new license as provided, just delete the old expired license and then add the new license.
