unable to fetch Endevor instance during endevor location profile creation using Endevor explorer

Issue/Introduction

When creating new Endevor location profile using VSCODE explore of endevor extension v0.12.0,  its not showing Endevor instance from dropdown. 

 

VS code ouput log shows:

List Instance got errors: http(s) request error event called.  

 

 

Environment

Release : 18.1

Component : CA Endevor Software Change Manager

VScode is version 1.50.1

Endevor Explorer version 0.12.0

Resolution

Upgrade to use Endevor explorer version v0.12.1 from VS code marketplace, v0.12.1 fixed the rejectUnauthorized issue when listing Endevor instances.
