Permission Denied Error on BG JVM Garbage Collection File

Issue/Introduction

The following error is reported:
21/05/24 12:23:02.483 | Could not rename log file 'D:\\Clarity\\logs\\clarity_garbage_collection1.txt' to 'D:\\Clarity\\logs\\clarity_garbage_collection1.txt.15' (Permission denied).
2021/05/25 21:26:03.063 | Could not rename log file 'D:\\Clarity\\logs\\clarity_garbage_collection1.txt' to 'D:\\Clarity\\logs\\clarity_garbage_collection1.txt.16' (Permission denied).

What is the suggested parameter to add to the BG service JVM parameter in the CSA?

Resolution

The origin of the file and error is unknown at this time.

The suggested configuration is to modify the JVM parameter from to 
Xlog:gc*=debug:file=D:\Clarity\logs\clarity_garbage_collection1.log:time,uptime,level,hostname,pid,tid:filecount=0,filesize=1MB
