Issue/Introduction

When copying a VSAM dataset to either an existing VSAM dataset or creating a new one, getting following errors:

Cause

VSAM dataset created with RLS option.

Resolution

CAWA2103E  DDNAME SYSUT1O  open failed: Reason=36 message means RLS enabled VSAM dataset.
If the data set is RLS, the file would be held unconditionally by some other users/process.
