In the process of investigating unknown CI alerts that are triggered from SOI .
We have deleted the CI and re-discovered from UIM. But the devices are not re-discovered properly from SOI.

UIM had more than 5 projection for the same CI.
By default, SOI was set to have no more than 5 projection sheets per notebook and the alert associated with one of the sheet got rejected.
In the Administration -> Global Settings, had to increase the Maximum number of sheets to 9 and restart the CA Application Server service.
Re-discover the CI.
