Compliance Event Manager CEMMON STC fails at startup with CEM0644E SQL ERROR FFFFFF8B

Issue/Introduction

The startup of CEM's CEMMON started task terminates at startup (with a dump) with the message CEM0644E SQL ERROR FFFFFF8B and Datacom RC 74 (81).

Cause

The Datacom MUF dataset highlevel.CEMEMUF.NHD3500 had been migrated.

Resolution

 The successful recall of the CXX 3500 file (highlevel.CEMEMUF.NHD3500) proved corrective, and the CEMMON started task was able to start without impact. 

      

Additional Information

The DB RC 74 (81) occurs at open time and either the dataset exists but can not be opened or the dataset does not exist at all. In this particular case the associate CXX file had been migrated.
