MAXALARM alert not triggering in OneAutomation.

Issue/Introduction

We have configure MAXALARM alert on oneautomation but getting below error while we execute the event_rule.

 

2021-05-31 17:27:35 - U00011113 Task with RunID '0001057028' will be re-started as soon as host '<IA>' is active again or the previous error has been corrected.


Environment

Release : 12

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

This is because you have not configured the agent for the rule object

Go to process assembly

open the rule object

Go to attributes

In the agent, pull-down menu select "IA"

Then save this and execute.

Please note

We need to verify In the rule object the trigger has to be configured as
message contains 'MAXRUNALARM'
