Resolution

There is a limitation that the date format of the crosstab adhoc view cannot be controlled.

In the case of a studio report, it is possible to add a parameter (property net.sf.jasperreports.export.xls.detect.cell.type to true) and get it working.
If need a crosstab report with a changeable date format, it is required to design a new similar report by jasper studio.
