After applying RU6 on 17.3 in Service Point under My Tickets -> Status is not displayed for tickets

Steps:
======
1. Apply RU6 on 17.3 install.
2. Log into Service Point -> click on my tickets
3. It no longer displays ticket status.
Release : 17.3
Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER
This is a known defect DE61167 and fix is included in 17.3 RU7.
