ESP not detecting manual jobs

Issue/Introduction

Customer reports that ESP is not detecting manual job submissions. Manual jobs submitted outside of ESP do not complete and release next job. 

Environment

Release : 12.0

Component : CA ESP WORKLOAD AUTOMATION

Cause

Jobs were using a job tracking model that was set to NOTRACK. Jobs using this model will not be tracked.

Resolution

Change job to use tracking model set to TRACK.
