APM Connector 4.x - not sending application Alert

Issue/Introduction

I'm noticing that the connector is not sending an alert regarding the application. I created an Average Response Time alert, for example, and that alert did not reach SOI.

Also when an infrastructure alert does not arrive with much information.

Environment

Component : SOI ALERT MANAGEMENT

Resolution

The APM connector 4.x supports RESTful APIs for the alerts, CIs, and services.

In this release, support for the following components are removed:
SNMP support for alerts
Granular CI Support
SOAP calls for CEM support
Alert URL will not be displayed in the SOI

Alerts, CIs, and services will pass to SOI only if they are in the MAP (vertex) in APM.

The connector use this REST call
