Quebec Canadian license number masking on main frame

Issue/Introduction

We are masking Canadian license number and as we know that each province has a different set of business rules that we have to follow while masking.

Quebec license number follows a checkdigit logic which we have created a custom algorithm for any relational DB (SQL,Oracle etc)

While masking the similar logic on mainframe side, we need to request an enhancement request to mask quebec license number.
