Unable to edit Configuration Item after customization.

Issue/Introduction

After adding few new fields to CMDB, Unable to update any changes to configuration items.

Release : 17.2

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Cause

05/26 16:20:59.66 BIALSRV-CASDM0 sqlagt:upinde        7288 ERROR        sqlclass.c            1013 SQL Execute  failed: [Microsoft SQL Server Native Client 11.0] [ SQL Code=650 SQL State=42000] You can only specify the READPAST lock in the READ COMMITTED or REPEATABLE READ isolation levels.

Resolution

#Validate if the CMDB customization is in sync with all the server. 
#Files to evaluate and compare working and non-working servers.
