Description:
[Reference RTC defect: 28198]
The environment variable NUMBER_OF_PROCESSORS needed by the Oracle installation process is not returning any value. Our script calls the variable as $NUMBER_OF_PROCESSORS instead of %NUMBER_OF_PROCESSORS%. However, since Nutcracker should have already been installed and running at this point, the Unix-formatted variable should work. There is a bug in the Windows OS that prevents that from happening.
Solution:
You must manually create a user environment variable called NUMBER_OF_PROCESSORS, whose value is equal to the number of processors on the server. This needs to be a user environment variable because an equivalent system environment variable will be deleted by the OS after reboot. After creating the variable, you should completely uninstall eHealth and Oracle (as per Appendix D of the Installation Guide), reboot the server, and run the installation again.
Please note that this problem has been resolved as of eHealth 6.3.0.06.
