DLP URT error ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist

Issue/Introduction

Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

Running the latest URT results in the following error being displayed in the command prompt:


ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist
SP2-0751: Unable to connect to Oracle.  
Exiting SQL*Plus Error: UpdateReadinessTool failed to run.

Environment

DLP 15.7.x

Cause

The tnsnames.ora does not have the proper host connection information.

Resolution

1. Update tnsnames.ora on the Enforce Server to reflect the proper Host connection information.



2. Re-run the URT
