Issue/Introduction

We are updating our Resource interface and I need to know if the User Name field in Clarity is case sensitive or not in relation to OKTA authentication.

 

Environment

Release : 15.9.2

Component : CA PPM SAAS OPERATIONS SSO

Resolution

The username is not case sensitive in regards to the SAAS Okta authentication.
