Issue/Introduction

Some indexes have been marked unusable in the database which caused application slowness.

Please help us find the root cause as we are not sure what could have triggered this issue

Here are the details from the database log.

  • The issue you are facing is not a Clarity issue, but an Oracle database issue. Unfortunately we cannot provide a root cause analysis as it's not caused by Clarity application.
  • To resolve this issue, please involve your DBA, and ask them to fix the problem.
