We observed, there are two alerts created within span of 2 secs, each time the threshold limit breached.
Every fields value of those two alerts are same, only the time difference is 2 secs .

The issue is understood by the customer as the system is alerting at two different status.
1) New
2) Updated,
As the alarm screenshot shows, there is a difference between the two. - In the first the impacted service is not updated. This is when APM is sending the Alert and this is yet to be decorated with the Impacted service.
However following Alert shows that the Impacted service is decorated with the services impacted. Therefore the status is updated from New to Updat
