UIM clearing Spectrum synced alarms

Issue/Introduction
Spectrum is integrated with UIM for Alarm syncing and we observed that UIM is automatically clearing the spectrum alarms.
Environment
Release : 9.2.0
Component : UIM - SPECTRUMGTW
Resolution
The alarms were closed by EMS Rule that was setup to close stale alarms which was older that certain number of days.. Removed the ems rule and now this problem is resolved.
