We tried to upgrade Spectrum 10.2.3 to 10.4.3 but it was giving an error that Spectrum 9.3.0 is installed. Then we upgraded from 10.2.3 to 10.4.1 which was successful and now trying to upgrade to 10.4.3 and still getting the same error of 9.3.0. All options are greyed out.

There a space character in the /DUMP/DX_NetOps Spectrum_20_2_7_for_Linux directory, in between the NetOps and Spectrum words.
Remove/replace the space character from the directory where Spectrum 10.4.3 installer is located.
