Issue/Introduction

We tried to upgrade Spectrum 10.2.3 to 10.4.3 but it was giving an error that Spectrum 9.3.0 is installed. Then we upgraded from 10.2.3 to 10.4.1 which was successful and now trying to upgrade to 10.4.3 and still getting the same error of 9.3.0. All options are greyed out.

Attaching the screen capture and install history file.
