Unique Constraint adding tasks to timesheet after database refresh

Issue/Introduction

After refreshing the Dev environment with Prod data users are unable to populate or add tasks to timesheet.

The UI shows the below error- 

Error: System error. Contact system administrator

The log files detail a ORA-00001: unique constraint error

ERROR [xx] niku.xql2 (xxx_xxx:timeadmin.addTimesheetTask) Internal Processing exception
com.niku.union.persistence.PersistenceException: 
SQL error code: 1
Error message: [CA Clarity][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-00001: unique constraint (NIKU.ODF_CA_TIMEENTRY_PK) violated

Cause

Data corruption during the database refresh

Resolution

 Flush PPM Server Cache
