Turning off Device logs setup by system

Issue/Introduction

BLUECOAT CLOUD PROXY Data source is created by system and want to remove it or disable it.

 

Cause

 The Bluecoat Cloud Proxy (SyncAPI) is a data source that is created during the CASB\WSS integration. It provides the Audit admin ShadowIT information based on Gatelet activity via WSS.  

Resolution

This data source cannot be removed from CloudSOC.It can be excluded from the Summary view by clicking on the select sources and unchecking it.
To completely remove from CloudSOC, please contact support.
