Issue/Introduction

Trying to enable monitoring on RHEL 8.3 servers through RSP probe and getting the error.

May 20 13:33:48:047 [2072] rsp: run_data_gathering: Failed to execute command /bin/uname -s -v -r -m
May 20 13:33:48:047 [2072] rsp: get_ostype: failed to find OS

 

 

Environment

Any UIM Release

Component : UIM - RSP

Resolution

Must use the latest version 5.50 of rsp probe to the Windows Server 2012 and now you will be able to monitor the Redhat 8.3 remotely
