An internal web server error occurred..." after 4.2 CU1 install

Issue/Introduction

 

 

Recently upgraded to SOI 4.2 CU1. Since then, administrative users can only perform their tasks if they enter their login in CAPITAL LETTERS.

There are internal web server error pop-ups in OneClick when:

 

searching for users

trying to create/edit event policies

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : SOI ALERT MANAGEMENT

Cause

 

 

Combinations were checked and it doesn't matter if UI login in lowercase or uppercase, the problem appears with login to OneClick in lowercase.

Resolution

 

A fix will be published for this in CU2
