Issue/Introduction

"Webpage has expired"  error appears when "back" button of browser  is pressed, in QUICK EDIT tab .

My actions:

1. Login to WCC

2. Select "Quick Edit" tab

3.Typed " * "  in NAME field. (like example)

4.Typed specific job name instead of "*" and press "Go" button.

5.Pressed Browser "BACK " button.

6. I received "Webpage has expired" message.

How can I resolve this issue? Is it by design?

Environment

Release : 12.0

Component : WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER

Resolution

- It is expected behavior for going to back button in browser will either exit or expire because WCC web page development involves lot of  web developing tools. Due to that back button will not work or supported by WCC pages. It would apply for any tab.

- Please do note that it may or may not work in different scenarios.

- Hence going to 'back' button during any operation from web browser is not recommended or not supported.
