Issue/Introduction

Here are the steps needed to be followed to create a response file for Client Automation Agent installation on UNIX platform.

Environment

CA Client Automation - All Versions.

Resolution

To generate a respone file please run:
installdsm -g ming.rsp

Use this response file to do the unattended install using the command:
installdsm -r ming.rsp

Note: In the above example, "ming.rsp" is the name of the response file.
