Issue/Introduction

CP processes become unresponsive, show up as gray (inactive) in the Administration view and need to be restarted to connect again.

Unknown.

Resolution

Setting the SMGR_AUTO_SCAN to NO in the UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS in client 0 fixed this behavior.
