See step 5 regarding the EXTEND function and how to format a larger OLL file.
5. You can now format a new extended OLL file. To do this you must determine the location of the new OLL file or files and update your the existing JCL format
with the new disk extent information. To format an extended OLL, you must add the new option 'EXTEND' to the end of the FORMAT statement. This informs
the batch utility that an extended OLL is to be created.
Important! If you do not add the EXTEND option the utility will create the OLL based on previously documented limitations.
Run the batch utility to format as many new OLL files as you want. Note: The OLL formatting process can be lengthy. Each physical block of the
new OLL file must be written to the disk. For example: if a 1,740 track OLL takes 5 minutes to format, then formatting a 17,400 track OLL will take 10 times
