An active incident was in progress at the time the test was started.
The incident reported a backup on the data service pipeline which will delay the start/stop of running Performance and Functional tests.
Check the BlazeMeter status page to determine if there is an active incident that may affect the execution of a Performance test. If there is an active incident, the test may remain in a Start state until the underlying incident is resolved.
