Random UIM alarms are not showing up in OI

Issue/Introduction

We see random UIM alarms are not coming in OI. We have checked the service definition in OI and it looks good.  Here is an example of the UIM alarm that is not showing up in OI.

Resolution

As per the current design, the UIM alarms that do not have metric (CI) associated with it, will not be forwarded to OI.
If you noticed in the print screen of above UIM alarm, there is no metric tab. This indicates that this UIM alarm is not associated with any metric (CI). There is an enhancement opened to add this functionality.
