Issue/Introduction

How to monitor vCenter Server Appliance configured on linux virtual machine? 

 

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - VMWARE

Resolution

Robot cannot be deployed on the appliance, as the Linux (photon OS) is not a compatible platform for the robot. However, the vmware on the appliance can be monitored by deploying robot on a supported platform, and connecting to Vcenter remotely.
