Cannot login to Applications Manager Client AwE-5008 LDAP Error

Issue/Introduction

After LDAP Server upgraded, Unable to login to AM Client.

The client throws error below. Unfortunately I cannot login and examine the LDAP settings to see what changed.

ErrorMsg: AwE-5008 LDAP authentication error

Details: null
javax.naming.AuthenticationNotSupportedException: [LDAP: error code 48 - Anonymous access is not allowed]
        at com.sun.jndi.ldap.LdapCtx.mapErrorCode(LdapCtx.java:3145)

Environment

Release : 9.3

Component : APPLICATIONS MANAGER

Resolution

* Issue related to LDAP Server not allowing/recognizing users trying to authenticate

* Need to Work with LDAP Support team internally in your team

* To resolve above error "nsslapd-allow-anonymous-access" attribute in Directory server which need to be turned on.
