Edge and Chrome cannot expland 'All jobstream's or 'Columns'

Issue/Introduction

In Microsoft Edge browser and Google Chrome browsers , 'All jobstreams' and 'Columns' are hidden when adding Job Stream Status Panel. The "+" (plus) sign is missing.

Columns are clickable, but they are 'hidden', the "+" (plus) sign is missing. To expand them, you have to click here:
