CABI probe green for a period of time then goes red, unable to connect to cabi page directly

Issue/Introduction

Following message is in the cabi.log file:

May 24 09:42:55:366 [main, cabi] checking url=http://#.#.#.#:80/cabijs, timeAlreadyWaitedInSecs=382, maxTimeInSecs=600 
May 24 09:42:55:368 [main, cabi] connection.getResponseCode()=404

Resolution

This generally can happen if wasp was installed to use port 80, but port 80 was already in use by another application. Validate that port 80 was not already in use, and if it is than set wasp to an alternate port number.
