CA View - SARSTC is Utilizing a Large Amount of Storage

Issue/Introduction

CA View is utilizing a large amount of real storage. 

We're showing, in SDSF, 46T for task SARJCL, and we're wondering if using a JESLOG SPIN parameter would help reduce it.

Release : 12.2

Component : CA View

Resolution

The client will be using the JESLOG=SPIN parameter, to occasionally clear JESLOG for their SARSTC task.

They will be running the SARSTC as a proc in a job.

Their jobcard for their SARSTC job, will appear as:

//xxxxxxxx JOB ...,JESLOG=(SPIN,'05:00')

 where JESLOG will be cleared every day at 5:00 AM.
