Restore and Reject Librarian USERMOD RS65816

Issue/Introduction

Have one Librarian Usermod applied - RS65816. Would like to know, if this USERMOD has to be Rejected before new PTFs are installed, or re-apply after new PTF installation.

Resolution

If PTF RO64832 has been Applied and Accepted, and PTF RO65069 has been at least Applied, then nothing needs to be done with RS65816. No need to Restore or Reject it.
