Installation Pre-Check Failing - DWH Job - No Jaspersoft

Issue/Introduction

The installation Pre-Check is failing with message:

Load Data Warehouse job has failed last time it was run. Make sure to run it successfully before proceeding the upgrade.

The Load Data Warehouse job has never actually been run, because there is no Jaspersoft Reporting server configured in the environment

Component : CA PPM INTEGRATIONS & INSTALLATIONS

Resolution

If there were any attempts of the Load Data Warehouse job run previously, they should all be deleted from "Log" and the "Scheduled Jobs" sections.

If there are any scheduled "Pending" jobs, those should be canceled and deleted.

If no instance of the job remains, it should allow the Precheck to be successful.
