Issue/Introduction

Hello Whenever I try to do a modification or view of a users endpoint account i get Error: Syntax error (screenValidation#23)

 

Environment

Release : 14.4

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Cause

This seems to have been caused by an upgrade which did not complete.  Not all the files were updated and created.  This caused these type of syntax errors in the UI.  Once the environment was recreated the issue was resolved. 

Resolution

Login to the Management console, exported existing Environment.  Created a new environment and imported.  This resolved the issue.
