Issue/Introduction

What are the types of user available in Nexus Repository and How to reset the password for users in Nexus Repository ?

Environment

Release Automation 6.7 and 6.8

Resolution

There are three types of users inside nexus: Admin, Deployment, Annonymoys

In order to change the password of these users, login to nexus using the following credentials:

User Name: admin
password: nolionolio

NOTE: This is the default password for "admin" user, if this was changed at some point, please use that new password.

Go to Security section and click on Users.

Here it's possible to change users' password by right-click the desired user:
