When viewing 'Processes and Utilization' within the Automic Web Interface, the AWI does not fully load, causing one of the following:
* A stack trace error within the administration page
* The browser to time out

Communication problems between the Automation Engine - AWI - Web Browser
This has been caused by an improper deployment of the AWI, communication problems between the AWI and end user or corruption in the browser. To isolate, please run the following tests:
- Attempt to load from a different browser on the same computer.
-- If this is successful, the issue is isolated to the browser.
- Attempt to load from a different computer.
-- If this is successful, the issue is isolated to the computer.
- Attempt to load from a different AWI deployment.
-- If this is successful, the issue is within the AWI.
If all these fail, open a case with Broadcom Support with the AWI logs and AE logs for further review.
