Gateway shows two ssg rpm packages installed

Issue/Introduction

This is the output when I run the RPM query post hotfix application:

[admin@localhost]$ rpm -q ssg
ssg-10.0.00-11263_CR03.noarch
ssg-10.0.00-11263_CR03_hotfix_DEXXXXX.noarch

Environment

Release : 10.0

Component : API GATEWAY

Cause

Cause unknown. Hotfix was applied to 4 machines and only one ended up with the double rpm packages.

The same installation commands were issued to all servers

Resolution

1) Create a snapshot of your Gateway VM (for safety)

2) Run 'rpm -e --noscripts --nodeps' on the package you want to remove (The older of the two packages)
