Data import is failing when importing special chars

Issue/Introduction

The Apple logo Unicode character (https://unicode-table.com/en/F8FF/) can be entered in the Modern UX. Performing a XOG out of an instance with the Apple logo works, but doing a XOG in of the same output will fail with an error like "Input document contains Illegal HTML character for object project".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the Apple logo (option + shift + K in a Mac) to a project title.
2. XOG read the project.
3. Without any modification, XOG write the project.

Expected Results: XOG write completes successfully.

Actual Results: XOG write fails with a 'FATAL' error and "Input document contains Illegal HTML character for object project" exception.

Cause

This issue has been reported to Engineering as DE61027.

Resolution

The issue is fixed in Clarity 15.9.3, and the fix has been backported to Clarity 15.8.1 patch #6.
