Time zone difference in Forecast, Backlog/History, Schedule Exception

CA Automic Applications Manager (AM)

Issue/Introduction

Upgraded Automic Applications Manager Environment from 9.2.1 to 9.3.1 and started having timing issues that include:

- Forecast

- Filter History / Backlog

- Schedule Exceptions

It appears that all of these are all off by -7 hours since the upgrade.

For example, we ran a forecast for 9/21/2021 between 01:00 AM and 02:00 AM, but the results come back with a forecast of 9/20/2021 between 18:00 and 19:00

Component : APPLICATIONS MANAGER

Resolution

- Check $AW_HOME/awenv.ini file for TZ variable and find if any difference with O.S or expected TZ is missing.
