You just installed the OPSBCPII. And, after IPL, the OPSBCPII can not be fully initialized with the below error:
OPBC999E - BCPII is unavailable - start BCPII to continue
The message keeps generated every 30 seconds.
This error is typically caused by the HWIBCPII not being started. If it is running, review the configuration to ensure it is properly configured per documentation and site requirements.
