Issue/Introduction

Hi,

We just installed the OPSBCPII. And after IPL, the OPSBCPII can not be fully initialized with below errors :

OPBC999E - BCPII is unavailable - start BCPII to continue

The message is keeping generated every 30 seconds. Would you please let me know what's the issue? Thanks.

Resolution

This error is typically caused by the HWIBCPII not being started.  If it is running, review the configuration to ensure it is properly configured per documentation and site requirements.
