Certification Campaigns created in Identity Governance are not present in Identity Portal

Issue/Introduction

We created a Certification Campaign in the Identity Governance but it is not showing in Identity Portal for manager approval.

Environment

Release : 14.x

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE), CA Identity Governance

Cause

The universe under question is disabled in Identity Portal.

For instance, in vApp OOTB ConnectedUniverseis disabled by default.

Resolution

Check if the universe under question is disabled in Identity Portal Admin UI
