Getting a PKEX500E error executing a package in EINE

Issue/Introduction

Trying to use a package to promote Natural objects with defined approval process.

Created the package, cast and approved the package in EINE.

When executed get the following message:

           11:03:54  PKMR500I  BEGINNING PACKAGE VERIFICATION FOR PACKAGE MAIL TEST   
           11:03:54  PKEX500E  PACKAGE PROCESSING DENIED BY SECURITY EXIT RC(000C) RSN(0000) 
                     END OF EXECUTION LOG - HIGHEST ENDEVOR RC = 0012  

 

Note:  Have APPROVER set in the C1DEFLTS, and the userid who executes the package is an approver for the package.

 

Environment

Release:  v18.0  18.1

Component: CA Endevor Integration for the Natural Environment

Resolution

Change the BATCHID in the C1DEFLTS to 1.

May also need to adjust the UIDLOC - UID/JOBNAME START/LENGTH POS, from 7 characters to less.
