When is the Compliance Status sent to the Notification Server?

Issue/Introduction

Our Compliance Report is not changing for systems that have been running the Compliance check for many days now.  When is the Compliance Status sent to the Notification Server?

Resolution

An event (NSE) with Compliance Status is sent to the Notification Server in the following situations:

1. When an active Managed Software Delivery Policy detects that the current Status is different from the last detected status.
2. When the agent is notified that a MSD Policy has been disabled, an Unknown Status is sent to the SMP.
3. When the agent receives a new MSD Policy the status will be sent when the first Compliance Check is done.
   1. On subsequent Compliance Check the Event is not sent unless the Status change is detected.
